Basically carryover models from the 1957 Cadillac, the 1958 featured quad headlights, smaller, straighter bumper guards and a grille with "buttons" at the intersection of vertical and horizontal members. As was the style at the time, the car was laden with chrome. The fins were somewhat smaller and chrome trim "fins" moved horizontally from the sides of the headlights. Horsepower ratings were increased to 310 for standard models and 335 for the Eldorado.
